Expected results - EuroP@St & future

The proposed activities are expected to produce the following expected results:

EXPECTED RESULTS 1: 30 local enterprises working in the cultural, historical, eno-gastronomic and natural tourism in the Vardar/Axios area directly involved in the project by: participating in
the design of the Vardar/Axios brand and of the tourist development strategy; promoting their services and goods in the occasion of the cultural events organized to attract tourists and visitors
at the archaeological sites; enhancing the visibility of their productive activities and products in the website promoting the Vardar/Axios resources.

The expected result 1 is particularly connected with the main Expected Output identified under the Specific Objective 1.3 of the Call for Proposal: “25 enterprises participating in the cross-border
joint projects”.

EXPECTED RESULTS 2: 12 new jobs will be created in the tourist cultural sector as result of the investments focused on the 3 selected archaeological sites and on the whole area.
More specifically: 2 new job positions (part time) will be created as result of the opening of the Cafeteria at the Ancient Stobi; 4 job positions (part time) will be created following the
implementation a new Visitor Centre in Palatiano; 2 new creative jobs (free-lance) created as result of the design of new promotional services like the website and the app to boost the tourist
attractiveness of the area; 2 new cultural guides (free-lance) working at the archaeological sites as result of the increase in the number of visitors.

The expected result 2 is particularly connected with the main Expected Result identified under the Specific Objective 1.3 of the Call for Proposal: “10 Jobs created in the tourism sector”. B85
